PAYMENT TERMS

These payment terms apply to all transactions made on the Création ProFun website (https://www.creationprofun.ca) as well as to any order placed by phone or email.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Création ProFun accepts the following payment methods:

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

Bank transfer

Secure online payment via our website

All payments must be completed before order or reservation confirmation.

2. CUSTOM 3D ITEMS AND FUNDRAISING

2.1 Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed only after receipt of full payment or a deposit according to the agreed terms.

2.2 Deposit

For custom orders, a 50% deposit of the total amount may be required before production begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery or order pickup.

2.3 Return and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of 3D printed items, no returns or refunds will be accepted once production has begun. If an error is attributable to Création ProFun, we will correct or replace the item at no additional cost.

2.4 Delivery

Orders are delivered throughout Canada. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier.

3. EQUIPMENT RENTAL FOR EVENTS

3.1 Booking and deposit

All reservations must be accompanied by a security deposit, the amount of which will be specified at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if the item is returned in its original condition.

3.2 Collection and Return

Rental items are available for pickup only in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. Rentals are calculated per 24-hour period. Any late return will incur an additional charge equivalent to one extra day's rental.

3.3 Tenant's Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for the rented items for the entire duration of the rental. Any breakage, loss, or damage will be charged to the renter according to the replacement value of the item.

3.4 Cancellation

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the reservation date will result in the loss of the security deposit.

4. TAXES

All prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (GST and QST) will be added to the final amount according to Quebec tax laws.

5. DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we can find an amicable solution. These payment terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
