DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

These policies apply to all orders placed on the Création ProFun website (https://www.creationprofun.ca) as well as to any order made by phone or email.

1. DELIVERY OF CUSTOM 3D ITEMS

1.1 Delivery area Création ProFun delivers across Canada. Item rentals are available for pickup only in Saint-Hubert, Quebec.

1.2 Carriers Orders are shipped via the carrier offering the best service based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Création ProFun reserves the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.

 

1.3 Delivery charges Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the order, and destination. They are displayed during the ordering process before payment confirmation. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

1.4 Delivery times Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier and the destination region. As a guideline: Quebec and Ontario: 2 to 5 business days Rest of Canada: 5 to 10 business days These times do not include the production time for your custom item, which will be communicated upon order confirmation.

 

1.5 Order tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

 

1.6 Items damaged on arrival If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@creationprofun.ca with photos of the package and the item. We will arrange for replacement or refund depending on the situation.

2. RETURN POLICY

 

2.1 Custom 3D items Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order items, no returns or refunds will be accepted once production has begun. We encourage you to carefully review the details of your order before confirmation. If an error is attributable to Création ProFun (manufacturing defect, wrong colour, wrong dimensions according to the specifications provided), we commit to correcting or replacing the item at no additional charge within a reasonable timeframe.

 

2.2 Non-personalized items For standard, non-personalized items, a return may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item.

 

2.3 Fundraising Fundraising orders are treated as personalized items. No returns or refunds will be accepted once production has been confirmed.

 

3. ITEM RENTALS FOR EVENTS

 

3.1 Pickup and return Rental items are available for pickup only in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. The return date and time are agreed upon at the time of booking. Any late return will incur additional charges equivalent to one additional rental day per 24-hour period.

 

3.2 Condition of items Items must be returned in their original condition. Any breakage, loss, or damage will be charged to the renter based on the replacement value of the item concerned.

 

3.3 Cancellation Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the booking date results in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
